Let's say you have a mail server that uses postfix as its smtp service. You've surely had to delete some emails from the queue, whether because of a bug in a program or because a user got their password stolen and is sending spam. The commands to run, assuming you want to delete the mail from/to test@dominioditest.it, are the following:

postqueue -p | tail -n +2 | awk 'BEGIN { RS = "" } / test@dominioditest\.it/ { print $1 }' | tr -d '*!' | postsuper -d -

run it and your server will be clean in no time! 🙂
