~/about-me
I break things to understand how they work.
I'm Samuele and I live in Padua, Italy. Here I keep notes on what I take apart, put back together and, now and then, manage to fix.
By day I work on Platform Operations in the Cloud Native division of ReeVo (formerly SIGHUP). By night I break my homelab.
I'm also a dad. And when I play, I'm hooked on World of Warships: Legends.
What you'll find here
Guides, curiosities and things I don't want to look up twice. Mostly about:
- homelab and self-hosting: a home server, lots of containers and the occasional instructive disaster;
- AI agents running at home: models, proxies, tools, and the attempt to make them work for me rather than the other way round;
- terminal games, because sometimes you need to have fun too.
A bit of history
nutellino.it was a technology blog from 2015 to 2021. After a few years off it starts again: the old articles stay in the archive, new ones will come without rushing. Most of the old ones were written in Italian and now come with a machine translation.
