Basic Ubuntu commands guide - Moving between Directories

Hi everyone! This time I'm doing a less specific guide, covering the basic commands to get started with the Linux world (Ubuntu, or Debian).

First of all we need to open a terminal, like this

So let's start with the basics:

See which path of the filesystem we're in

pwd

here's what the output will look like, this way we know where we are

See which other folders are in the path we're in:

ls

Here's an example of the output

After that, to move from one folder to another you just use the command:

cd Immagini

and that way (for example) we move into the Immagini (Pictures) folder:

obviously, to go back to the previous folder, this is the command you need:

cd ..

And with that you have all the commands to move up and down the file system!
